UNG, our proxy for Natural gas, is building a bottom and we should see a break above resistance at 7.72 confirming that a S/H/S bottom has been completed and the next upside attack is ready to unfold. Once resistance at 7.72 gives away, we should quickly see a test of strong resistance at 9.99 that could cause a second corrective decline towards 7.33. However, this decline should be followed by a new impulsive rally through resistance at 9.99 for a rally towards 14.00 and likely higher.
The long-term view still indicates UNG rally towards 38.94. So, look for a break above minor resistance at 7.77 as the GO!
