EURUSD is bouncing back above 1.08. Price is showing short-term signs of strength but Daily trend remains bearish in terms of Ichimoku cloud indicator. The sequence of lower lows and lower highs has not been broken yet and that is why we can not say trend is changing.
EURUSD is moving above the tenkan-sen(yellow line indicator). This implies that a push towards the kijun-sen (green line indicator) and the Kumo (cloud) is possible. Trend is bearish as long as price is below the cloud. Resistance by the kijun-sen is at 1.0933 and by the cloud at 1.1025. Bulls need to break above the cloud and the 1.1065 level in order to have a bullish trend. Until then any bounce towards the resistance levels is consdiered a selling opportunity.
