累积/派发指标(A/D),是反映价格和交易量变化的技术指标。当成交量增加时，与之对应的价格变化对指数的影响也会变大。
该指标与广泛使用的 - 净成交量指标类似。这些指标用作测试和确认价格变化有适当的交易量支撑。
当累积/派发指标(A/D)开始增加，意味着可以开始买入或囤积；因为交易量与上涨的价格运动相关。卖出或分发可以在指标开始下降时启动，因为交易量与下行的价格变化紧密相连。
当累积/派发指标与价格发生背离时可能预示着即将到来的价格调整。通常价格将根据该指标调整其方向。例如：如果指标上涨股价下跌时，可以预期价格修正。
指标值是由加减交易量形成的。如果收盘价接近日最大值，则可增加的部分较大。如果收盘价接近最小值 – 可减去的部分较大。在两者之间，指标不变。
A/D(i) =((CLOSE(i) - LOW(i)) - (HIGH(i) - CLOSE(i)) * VOLUME(i) / (HIGH(i) - LOW(i)) + A/D(i-1)
意义：
A/D(i) - 当期累积/派发指标；
CLOSE(i) – 当期收盘价；
LOW(i) – 当期最低价；
HIGH(i) – 当期最高价；
VOLUME(i) – 交易量；
A/D(i-1) - 前一期累积/派发指标。
累积/派发技术指标(A/D)由价格和交易量的调整决定。交易量以价格变化加权指数的形式出现 – 指数越大(交易量)，价格变化对指标的影响越显著(在特定时期内)。
