AUDUSD is close to making new short-term lower lows as price is again below 0.7450. Trend remains bearish. There are some indications that a major low is close and a trend reversal is near, however we have no confirmation yet.
AUDUSD could make a new lower low soon towards 0.74. If this lower low is followed by another bullish divergence in the RSI, then this would be a bullish sign and that a reversal is close. This would imply that the downtrend is weakening. That is why with AUDUSD around 0.74 I believe the risk reward favors the bullish side of the trades. That is why the area around 0.74 is considered my buy area as I expect price to make a strong move higher. This bullish setup is canceled if the RSI makes new lower lows.
