S-RoC = EMA(N)/EMA(N — K)*100, where
N – number of periods;
K – smoothing factor.
S-RoC是技术分析中最简单的震荡指标。它很容易使用，擅长产生可用的交易价格反转的真实信号。从这一点来说，相比顺势交易，该指标更适合于逆势交易策略。因为当很强的价格走势存在时S-RoC指标能产生很多伪信号。
如果S-RoC指标加速，能指示价格上涨。相反地，如果指标下落，上涨的步伐也会变慢。当S-RoC指标反转，趋势或会改变。
