Bank of Japan 今日將政策利率上調 25 個基點至 1%，為 1995 年以來最高水準。此一決定符合市場預期，市場反應平淡：日圓溫和走強，日經指數則出現回升。
就技術面來看，就 S&P 500 而言，買方今天的首要任務是突破 7,574 的即時阻力位。這將確認上行動能，並為進一步推向 7,607 打開空間。掌控 7,637 也是多頭的另一個重點，因為這將進一步強化他們的優勢。如果在風險偏好轉弱的背景下價格走低，買方需要在約 7,544 一帶進行防守。若跌破該水準，該標的很可能迅速下探至 7,518，並進一步打開通往 7,494 的下行空間。
