The euro is trading around 1.1376 under downward pressure but showing some recovery, as it has been under strong downward pressure since early September. Technically, we could expect ER/USD to consolidate around the 2/8 Murray level, and above this zone, a technical rebound could occur in the coming days.
The euro could reach 1.1352 in the coming hours; this area is considered a solid support level. Given that the Eagle indicator is showing oversold signals, we could keep a close eye on the market during these hours to open long positions in anticipation of a recovery in the currency pair.
If the euro recovers from current price levels around 1.1376, it could face strong resistance at the 3/8 Murray level around 1.1413 and could eventually reach the 21 SMA around 1.1445.
The Eagle indicator is showing positive signals. Technically, we should monitor the euro's price action, as it is showing signs that the downward momentum is waning.
