According to the results of the Internet voting, the website users with InstaSpot live account attached to their profile chose four charming winners. Gorgeous Viktoriya Rudenko got the title of Miss Insta Asia and the crown of the beauty queen. The title of vice-miss was given to Anastasia Zakerichnaya and Catherine Bortnikova. Irina Ushakova became a winner of the special Insta Choice nomination. The Miss Insta Asia 2019 prize fund of $45,000 was shared among the winners.
